Indulge in a three-hour or full-day sail on the fabulous Derwent River and beyond. Sail on one of the largest and most beautiful natural harbours in the world, with spectacular views of Hobart and Mt Wellington. The best Tasmanian fare will be provided as refreshments along with tea, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks. A selection of fine Tasmanian wine and beer is always available onboard. . . .
There are all sorts of different ways we can combine the the delights of fine Tasmanian food and drink and a fantastic sailing experience ... we like to add a little something extra. Adding the 'extra' is where we get really creative.
Large numbers are no problem; 100, 200, the more the merrier. You will sail on some of the best yachts on the Derwent in a genuine yacht race. Enjoy a fabulous BBQ lunch (or dinner) at one of Hobart’s oldest yacht clubs and meet the skippers and crew of the yachts you will be crewing on (typically 6 guests per yacht). Races usually last about 2 hours and end across the Sydney to Hobart finish line.
